Orderspace to Planufac - Missing Orders Fix

Issue: Orders not syncing from Orderspace to Planufac due to missing Default Shipping Address/Person.


Quick Fix

Ensure these fields are set for the contact in Planufac (refer to screenshot):

  1. Default Shipping
    • Go to the contact’s profile.
    • Check if a Default Shipping Address is assigned.
    • If missing: Add a valid address and mark it as default.

    • Default Shipping Person
    • Confirm the Default Shipping Person field is populated.
    • Assign a person if blank.

    • Verify Billing Fields
    • Check Default Billing Address and Default Billing Person (shown in the screenshot).
    • Some orders may require both billing and shipping defaults to sync.


Why This Happens

  • Planufac requires a default shipping address/person to process orders from Orderspace.
  • Empty fields (like those in the screenshot) block data transfer.


Note: Double-check all highlighted fields in the screenshot. If the issue continues contact customer support.


Result: Orders should now sync to Planufac once defaults are configured.
