Orderspace to Planufac - Missing Orders Fix
Issue: Orders not syncing from Orderspace to Planufac due to missing Default Shipping Address/Person.
Quick Fix
Ensure these fields are set for the contact in Planufac (refer to screenshot):
- Default Shipping
- Go to the contact’s profile.
- Check if a Default Shipping Address is assigned.
- If missing: Add a valid address and mark it as default.
- Default Shipping Person
- Confirm the Default Shipping Person field is populated.
- Assign a person if blank.
- Verify Billing Fields
- Check Default Billing Address and Default Billing Person (shown in the screenshot).
- Some orders may require both billing and shipping defaults to sync.
Why This Happens
- Planufac requires a default shipping address/person to process orders from Orderspace.
- Empty fields (like those in the screenshot) block data transfer.
Note: Double-check all highlighted fields in the screenshot. If the issue continues contact customer support.
✅ Result: Orders should now sync to Planufac once defaults are configured.
