CSV Email Invoices

We’ve added the Auto Email CSV Invoices feature to work alongside PDF invoices. It provides a CSV format for those who prefer spreadsheet-compatible data, offering more flexibility in managing invoices.

How It Works

The feature activates in two ways:

  1. Manual Invoices: When you create an invoice manually.
  2. Auto Print After Dispatch: When “Auto Print Invoices After Dispatch” is enabled, generating an invoice after a sales order is dispatched.

Once the invoice is created, the system sends the CSV invoice via email, simplifying your workflow.

Compatibility with Existing Settings

If you use the Auto Email Invoices/Credits feature for PDF invoices, CSV invoices will be sent in a separate email. This keeps your PDF and CSV communications organised, supporting a clear and efficient invoicing process.

This update provides additional options to manage invoices in your preferred format.
