Print Pick & Pack List by Bin Location

This feature allows you to print pick and pack slips based on the specific bin location.

How to Enable or Disable this Feature

To turn this feature on or off:

1. Go to Settings
2. Find the section under Sales
3. Look for the option: Sales - Allow printing of pick and pack slips organised by bin location ? Yes/No

Set it to Yes to enable the feature, or No to disable it.

Where to Use this Feature

Once enabled, new printing options will appear in the Sales module at: https://my.planufac.com/sales/list

How to print:

1. Go to the Sales list
2. Select one or more orders using the checkboxes
3. Click the actions dropdown menu
4. Choose either:
   • Print Pick List By Bin
   • Print Pack List By Bin
5. Select the specific bin location you want to print for
6. The system will generate a printable document showing only the items for that selected bin location

What You Will See on the Printed Document

The print out will display:

• Quantities to pick or pack from that specific bin

Note: If a product does not have a bin location assigned or is not in the selected bin, it will not appear.
