Putting a customer on stop

Customers/Contacts can be put on stop. When a customer is "On Stop" a few visual alerts will appear to warn your team the customer is On Stop, see screen shots below:

Depending on your settings packing slips can or cannot be printed for customers on stop, see here https://help.planufac.com/article/55-prevent-printing-of-packing-slips-for-contacts-on-stop for more information.

How to put a customer "On Stop"

1. Click "Contacts"

2. Click this link.

3. Click "Edit"

4. Toggle the customer on stop switch and save the contact
